Refunds will be considered only in the event that the specific brand of metal purchased is unavailable or out of stock at the time of order fulfillment. In such cases, the customer will be eligible for a refund equal to the exact purchase price paid for the product at the time the order was originally placed, subject to applicable charges.

The refund amount will be based solely on the value of the product at the time of purchase and will not be adjusted for any changes in market price, spot price fluctuations, or subsequent valuation differences.

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution, and the seller is not responsible for delays beyond its control. Additional charges imposed by banks or payment providers may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

No refunds will be issued for any other reasons, including but not limited to customer preference, order errors made by the customer, or changes in market conditions.
